Where are your products made?
All ICI Natural products are made in Paramount, CA.  Since all formulation development, production, filling and shipping are done directly by ICI Natural, we are able to have total quality control to bring you the very best products.

Do you test on animals?
No, none of our products are tested on animals.  We have a strong moral obligation to respect and protect all living creatures.

Do you use parabens?
No, we do not use paraben in any of our products.  We value and respect any concerns you may have with products that contain paraben. 

Do your products contain SLS?
We do not use Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) in any of our products.  There has been negative attention on SLS recently and many people prefer to stay away from products that contain SLS.  ICI Natural uses only the finest and safest ingredients.

Are your hair care products appropriate for color- or chemically-treated hair?
All of the shampoos and conditioners are sulfate-free and gently cleanse and condition without stripping color or drying out the hair.  For further product recommendation specific to your hair and skin type, please feel free to contact us.
